Robert was born and raised in NYC. Following high school, he enlisted in the US Navy. After being honorably discharged, Robert transitioned into shipbuilding in San Diego, California.
After his stint building ships, Robert moved back to NY, where he began a career in Building/Facility Management for the NYC government, which lasted for 18 years. During this time, he also joined the NY Air National Guard.
On 9/11, his Air National Guard unit was activated after the attack and sent to Ground Zero.
While working, Robert attended part-time college in the evenings and ultimately earned his Associate of Applied Science degree (AAS) before continuing his education.
Later, Robert relocated to Dallas, Texas, where he recruited for a project manager position to oversee the commissioning of Terminal D at DFW Airport. After successfully completing Terminal D, he joined Johnson Controls as a Capital Project Manager, where he managed capital projects for over 1,100 JC Penney Stores.
In 2009, Robert decided to build his own company from the ground up, launching EcoTech Roofing and Construction LLC, which has since become a reputable provider of Dallas roofing and roofing services. The rest is history.
