Born and raised in New York City, Robert has lived a life defined by service, integrity, and craftsmanship. After high school, he enlisted in the U.S. Navy, where he learned the discipline and precision that continue to guide his work today.
Following his honorable discharge, Robert transitioned into shipbuilding in San Diego, mastering large-scale construction and teamwork. He later returned to New York to serve in Building and Facility Management for the NYC government — a career that spanned nearly two decades. During this time, he also joined the New York Air National Guard, and following the tragic events of 9/11, his unit was activated to serve at Ground Zero.
Balancing service, work, and education, Robert earned his Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree before continuing his studies. His journey later brought him to Dallas, Texas, where he managed major infrastructure projects, including the commissioning of Terminal D at DFW Airport and over 1,100 JC Penney capital projects with Johnson Controls.
In 2009, driven by a passion for quality and community, Robert founded Eco Tech Roofing & Construction LLC. What started as a one-man operation has grown into a trusted, veteran-owned roofing company serving homeowners and businesses across the Dallas–Fort Worth area.
For Robert, every roof represents more than just protection — it’s a commitment to honor, reliability, and excellence.
